Seema Dosad is EMpower's E/SEA Regional Development Assistant. She supports EMpower’s Asia development team by managing donor data, coordinating events, and streamlining operations across India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Her work strengthens donor engagement and ensures smooth fundraising processes, contributing directly to EMpower’s mission.

Seema brings over three years of experience in program management, alumni engagement, and operations within the social sector. Previously, she worked with Samhita Development Network and EMpower, focusing on youth leadership and legal rights awareness.

She holds a BA in English Literature and an MA in Development.

Beyond work, Seema enjoys traveling to places that offer more local food than tourist attractions.
