Lindsay Prybylski is EMpower’s Global People & Operations Associate. In her role, she supports the internal operations and people-focused processes that help keep EMpower running smoothly across its global offices. She is committed to creating a strong organisational culture and ensuring that every team member has the tools and support they need to thrive. Through this work, she helps strengthen the foundation that enables EMpower to partner with local organisations and young people to build a more just and equitable world.

Prior to joining EMpower, Lindsay worked as the People & Operations Manager for a language school in Madrid, where she developed systems to support the company’s rapid growth. Before that, she spent several years in non-profit management in New York City and Boston, focused on youth development and programme operations. Across her career, she has consistently worked at the intersection of people, systems, and social impact.

Originally from Florida, USA, Lindsay earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Fordham University in New York City.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys traveling, learning languages, and exploring new restaurants wherever she goes.
