Anukriti Rastogi is the Senior Global Accountant at EMpower, where she plays a vital role in managing accounting processes and month-end closures across EMpower’s global entities. She supports annual statutory audits for all regions, conducts detailed reviews of expenses across platforms used by staff, and reconciles the financial statements globally to ensure the smooth functioning of EMpower’s financial systems.

With a strong background in the development sector particularly in women’s rights organisations, Anukriti previously worked with South Asia Women Foundation India and Women’s Fund Asia. There, she managed daily accounting tasks and donor fund administration, including donor budget preparation and financial reporting. She also contributed to grant-making processes, including due diligence and the review of grantee reports. 

She holds a master’s degree in commerce and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.

Outside of work, Anukriti enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports with them. She is a great fan of travelling and finds joy in cooking as well.
