Coory is the Programme Officer for East and Southeast Asia. She is responsible for managing grantee partnerships, leading capacity-strengthening initiatives, and supporting youth-centered programming.

Coory is highly passionate about supporting youth-led initiatives. She was the General Coordinator at Pamflet Generasi in Indonesia, where she led the designing of youth-led projects for the organisations and cultivated a nationwide network of youth communities across the country. She has gained extensive knowledge and experience in facilitating youth communities and fostering collaboration between different NGOs.

Prior to joining EMpower, Coory worked with Greenpeace Indonesia as a fundraiser for the peatland and forest protection campaign, where she honed her skills in donor cultivation and supporter relations.

Coory received her Bachelor’s degree in international relations from Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
