EMpower is seeking a Learning Officer to strengthen our learning and impact efforts in Peru and across Latin America. This role will lead knowledge management, develop accessible learning tools, and integrate youth voices to enhance programmatic insights—particularly in adolescent mental health. Working closely with the Regional Programme Director and team, the Learning Officer will foster a culture of learning and collaboration among grantee partners. This is a one-year, 80% consultancy (4 days/week) with compensation between $21,000–$26,000. Deadline: October 31, 2025 (applications reviewed on a rolling basis).
