EMpower marked a major milestone with our first-ever Annual Dinner in Dubai—a vibrant evening that celebrated the beginning of our journey in the UAE.
Held in a room filled with warmth, curiosity, and shared purpose, the event welcomed members of our newly-formed Dubai Leadership Council, finance leaders, and long-standing allies. The evening sparked powerful conversations—from ideas to impact, and vision to action.
EMpower’s story came to life through heartfelt reflections from Adam Heuman and Sadiya Shaikh, and was further enriched by the voices of our inspiring grantee partners—Azad Foundation India, Network of Women in Growth Ghana, and NiV Limited—whose stories reminded us of the transformative power of local leadership.
By night’s end, we had raised an incredible $100,000 in support of young people in emerging markets.
