On April 1, Alifya Loharchalwala (she-her), EMpower's Senior Programme Officer in India joined a roundtable discussion, ‘On Our Minds’ organised by Elevate Children Funders Group, a leading global network of funders focused exclusively on the wellbeing and rights of children and youth, of which EMpower is a part.
Alifya underscored the importance of investing in children's and young people's mental health and highlighted how EMpower prioritises #MentalHealth in its grantmaking. She was joined by Zeinab Hijazi (MSc, PsyD) from UNICEF, Faiza Ali from Comic Relief, and Nita Aggarwal from Porticus.
